Flickering a permanent with converge

If I had a permanent such as Crystalline Crawler, Woodland Wanderer, Skyrider Elf or Prism Array, would flickering it with something like Eldrazi Displacer, for example, return it to the battlefield with 0 counters or with as many counters as the card was originally cast for?

As with every card that changes zones, it's a new object that retains no memory of it's previous existance. As it enters the battlefield, no mana was spent to cast it, so 0 counters will be put on it.
