Fellwar Stone and City of Brass Interaction in EDH?

Let's say I'm playing UBR and my opponent is playing GW.

If I have a Fellwar Stone and my opponent has a City of Brass . Will my Fellwar Stone be able to produce UBR since City of Brass can produce any color or will I only be able to produce colorless since my opponent can only generate GW and colorless mana (and I can't generate GW)?

In EDH if you attempt to add mana to your mana pool of a color that is not one of your commander's colors you just add colorless mana instead. In this instance your opponent can produce a five colors of mana but cannot add them to his/her mana pool. You will be able to add UBR to your mana pool with Fellwar Stone because City of Brass can make any color of mana.
