Fated Infatuation - True-Name Nemesis interaction.

If I have the True-Name Nemesis in play, and next turn I play Fated Infatuation do I still get the enter the battlefield ability of naming my opponent for protection purposes?

The same would apply with Cackling Counterpart.

Yes.

Note that this ability is actually a replacement effect, and it applies as the creature enters. It doesn't trigger.
