Endrek Sahr, Master Breeder and True Polymorph

Setup:

I have Endrek Sahr, Master Breeder and 3 thrulls. I cast a 4 CMC creature spell which triggers Endrek Sahr, Master Breeder's and creates 4 more thrulls. Now, since there are at least 7 thrulls, Endrek's second ability triggers.

In response, I cast True Polymorph targeting Endrek Sahr, Master Breeder and Dreadfeast Demon. True Polymorph resolves => Endrek becomes a copy of Dreadfeast => Endrek's second ability tries to resolve, is the copy of Dreadfeast Demon sacced?

Yes. The fact that Endrek Sahr, Master Breeder no longer has the sacrifice ability is irrelevant since abilities exist independently of their source. The fact that Endrek Sahr, Master Breeder is no longer named "Endrek Sahr, Master Breeder" is not relevant since a card referring to itself by name means "the source of this ability" and doesn't check the actual name of the card.

To do what you are attempting to do you could True Polymorph in response to the ability that makes the Thrulls. Again because of abilities existing independently of their sources you will still get the Thrulls. But when the Thrulls enter there will no longer be any trigger looking for 7 Thrulls.
