enchantment creatures and ethereal armor

If I have a creature enchanted with Ethereal Armor and I put a Hopeful Eidolon down as a creature, does it still get counted as an enchantment for the Ethereal Armor ? How about if I cast Auramancer ? I can get the Hopeful Eidolon back from the graveyard correct?

You are correct in both cases. Hopeful Eidolon 's type is "enchantment creature", so it counts as both and enchantment and a creature.

Also, if it is bestowed, it's not a creature.
