Emrakul, the promised end + Aetherworks marvel

Casual player here just as an disclaimer

So lets say I use Aetherworks Marvel on my opponents end step. I hit Emrakul, the Promised End. Will I now get my turn and can attack with Emrakul + after my turn get control of my opponents next turn?

Your still casting Emrakul, the Promised End so you'll still get her cast effect off
