Dovescape and Tidespout Titan

If I have both Dovescape and Tidespout Tyrant in play, and then I cast a noncreature spell, will my spell be countered no matter what, or can I return Dovescape to my hand before it triggers if I want so my spell resolves normally?

Both abilities trigger as you cast your noncreature spell, so they'll already be on the stack by the time you receive priority again. You can stack the triggers such that Tidespout Tyrant's ability resolves first, but Dovescape's ability will still resolve next and counter your spell. Abilities on the stack exist independently of their sources.

Both abilities will happen no matter what, even if Dovescape is no longer in play by the time its ability resolves. Of course, if you return it to your hand, then your next noncreature spell is free to play without interference.
