Double Traumatize?

if I target a player with 2 Traumatizes simultaneously (through Quicken or something), when do the cards check the library count? would it just mill their whole deck?

Casting multiple Traumatizes will cut their library in half twice. You can't cast cards simultaneously, and they can't resolve simultaneously, they must have an order and only one can resolve at a time. When each resolves individually it calculates what half the library is at the time of the resolution.

• Library has 60 cards, 2 Traumatize on the stack.
  
• 1st Traumatize resolves, 30 cards go into the graveyard, library is now 30 cards.
  
• 2nd Traumatize resolves, 15 cards go into the graveyard, library is now 15 cards.
