Does Wastes counts as a basic land when i'm using Nylea's Presence?

Basically i want to know if Nylea's Presence will give me a Domain of 5 or 6 land types.

Wastes is a basic land, as indicated by its type line. HOWEVER, note that Nylea's Presence counts "basic land types," which specifically means any of five land subtypes: Plains, Island, Swamp, Mountain, and Forest.

Wastes does not have a basic land type, despite being a basic land. It doesn't count as a sixth basic land type for this scenario or any other.
