Does undiscovered paradise return to your hand if it is in your graveyard?

I want to use Undiscovered Paradise for its ability and then sacrifice it with my Army Ants or Raze . So i was just wondering if Undiscovered Paradise will return to my hand from my graveyard?

Rhadamanthus thanks for the info. Its bad news to me lol but at least i know now. I kinda figured it was too good to be true.

When a card uses its own name in an ability, it means "this object, right here". When something changes zones the game treats it as a new object, so in your example the Undiscovered Paradise in the graveyard is different from the one that used to be on the battlefield. It won't get returned.
