Does Sen Triplets let you discard cards from opponent's hand on your turn?

Example: You have Sen Triplets in play, and you play ther Tide. Can you discard an opponent's cards as part of the casting cost?

No. You are playing the card, not them, so you have to pay all its costs and its effects happen to and for you. To force them to discard cards, you would need something like Sorin Markov .
