Does Semblance Anvil reduce morph costs?

If I were to play a Semblance Anvil, exiling a creature card, would casting creatures as morphs cost me less? If so, would that still affect non-creature morph cards like, for example, Lumithread Field?

Yes, it would. A Morph spell, regardless of whether it is a creature or enchantment when it is face up, is a CREATURE spell that costs . The Anvil will see that and reduce the cost by , making it cost . So, for Lumithread Field, as long as you are casting it as a morph, it will cost .
