Does manifest stack?

say there are 2 Whisperwood Elementals on board with a decent face up board state. Your opponent Wrath of Gods you. In response you sac both Whisperwoods. So do all the other creatures get when this creature dies manifest the top card or top 2 cards?
And in addition, one creature gets manifested for whichever Whisperwood Elemental dies after the first ability resolves, if you stack it the right way.

This isn't really about manifest "stacking", but about how triggered abilities do "stack". In your example all your face-up creatures gain 2 instances of a triggered ability (a triggered ability starts with "when/whenever/at"), and both abilities will trigger when each creature dies. 2 cards get manifested for each dying face-up creature.
