does Illusionist's Bracers double the acquired ability from an enchantment?

let's say Illusionist's Bracers and Hermetic Study is attached to a creature

Because the creature has been granted the ability, the creature is the source of the ability being activated so Illusionist's Bracers will trigger and copy it.
