Does Heartless Hidetsugu and Gisela, Blade of Goldnight leaves my opponent with only 1 life?

Let's say my opponent have 50 Life, and I have both Heartless Hidetsugu and Gisela, Blade of Goldnight already on the battlefield. I activate Heartless' ability, then Gisela doubles its damage. does it leaves my opponent with 1 Life?
To the best of my knowledge, it would kill your opponent.
You activate Heartless' ability for 50/2 = 25 damage which is replace by 2*25 = 50 damage because of Gisela.

If your opponent has an even life total, it will kill them. If they have an odd life total, they will survive with 1 life because Heartless Hidetsugu rounds down.

in Conclusion. ODD(numbered) life results to 1 reaming life, and EVEN(numbered) life will result to a 1-hit damage to the opponent?

Yes. If your opponent has an even life total, he or she will lose. With odd life total, he or she will survive with 1 life.

39 round down -> 19.5 round down Heartless Hidetsugu says down so 20 damage doubled is 40. dead soo dead...? for mi thats the correct answer but i'm no judge can one confirm?

19.5 rounded down is 19, not 20. Total of 38 damage will be dealt.

It actually kills your opponent. Half of 50 is 25. Double that, and you are back at 50 damage.
