Does Gideon's Sacrifice combine all the damage as one instance?

If my opponent attacks with 5 creatures and I use Gideon's Sacrifice on my Silverclad Ferocidons , does my opponent have to sacrifice 1 or 5 permanents?

1/19/2018 If multiple sources deal damage to a creature with an enrage ability at the same time, most likely because multiple creatures blocked that creature, the enrage ability triggers only once.
