Does Fog Bank stop trample damage?

My question is: does the card Fog Bank stop trample damage?

For example: I use Fog Bank to block a 100/100 creature does all of the damage become nullified and i take no trample damage because of Fog Banks ability?

Also; is it correct that Fog Bank does not die due to death touch?

It will not die, but won't stop the trample damage. From the card's Gatherer:

• If Fog Bank blocks a creature with trample, that creature's controller must assign 2 damage to Fog Bank (assuming it's blocking no other creatures, there was no damage marked on it, and nothing has changed its toughness). The remainder can be assigned to the defending player or planeswalker.

With deathtouch, Fog Bank's ability only prevents combat damage. If a creature with deathtouch tries to deal combat damage to Fog Bank, then yes that damage will be prevented and the Fog Bank will survive. If the deathtouch creature deals its damage some other way (Prey Upon for example), the damage will not be prevented.

This is the relevant rule for Trample that explains it in more detail:

• 702.19b The controller of an attacking creature with trample first assigns damage to the creature(s)blocking it. Once all those blocking creatures are assigned lethal damage, any remaining damage is assigned as its controller chooses among those blocking creatures and the player or planeswalker the creature is attacking. When checking for assigned lethal damage, take into account damage already marked on the creature and damage from other creatures thats being assigned during the same combat damage step, but not any abilities or effects that might change the amount of damage thats actually dealt. The attacking creatures controller need not assign lethal damage to all those blocking creatures but in that case cant assign any damage to the player or planeswalker its attacking.
