Does Elvish Archdruid trigger Gyre Sage's evolve?

I don't think so because anthem ability are checked at state-based actions right? And it will be checked before evolve tries to trigger so when evolve checks for the power or toughness, it won't be triggered because Gyre Sage is already a 2/3.

Actually, anthem abilities are not related to state-based actions. They are continuous effects that are active from the moment they are created (in this case, the moment Elvish Archdruid enters the battlefield). State-based actions, on the other hand, are executed each time a player would receive priority.
Elvish Archdruid enters the battlefield as a 2/2 because its ability doesn't apply to itself. This is normally the time an evolve ability would trigger, but Elvish Archdruid 's ability applies to Gyre Sage at that time, thus making Gyre Sage a 2/3 as Elvish Archdruid enters the battlefield. Gyre Sage 's evolve won't trigger.

as far as I know no, it will not trigger because the sage will technically be a 2/3
