Does Dryad Arbor work with Martyr's Bond?

When I sac dryad arbor does the efect for martyrs bond go on the stack because it is a creature or because its a land as well does it never trigger because it sees a land die?

If it does go on the stack and when they have to choose a permanent would they sac a land if they have no creatures left?

card:Martyr's Bond specifies that the permanent must be a nonland. Therefore, it won't trigger if Dryad Arbor dies (since Dryad Arbor is a land). It doesn't matter than Dryad Arbor is has another type.
