Does Chord of calling tap mana dorks for mana as well as the convoke?

Just want to know if I cast chord of calling on say elvish mystic, do I get the reduced cost via the power of invoke as well a G mana because i tapped elvish mystic?

No; you can't use a resource to pay two different costs, even if both costs are intended to pay for the same effect. You also can't tap a creature that is already tapped to pay a cost.
For Chord of Calling for example: You can tap Llanowar Elves for mana, or you can tap them for convoke. If you tap them for mana then try to use them for convoke, they're already tapped and you can't use them (regardless of when you attempt to time this). Likewise if you tap them for convoke then attempt to tap them for mana, they're already tapped and you can't use them (again, regardless of when you attempt to time this).
