Does Cathars' Crusade affect the creature's entering?

Right now I have a Llanowar Elves , card:Avacyn's Pilgrim, card:Cathars' Crusade and Healer of the Pride in play. If I play an Increasing Devotion , will the five 1/1 humans that enter also get the +1/+1 counters, or just the creatures that were in play already?

The five humans that you put into play with the Increasing Devotion will get a +1/+1 counter each, and you will gain 10 life, due to Healer of the Pride

Token creatures are still creatures.

so yes, every token and creature will get 5 +1/+1 counter on it.

Yes, I realize creature tokens are still creatures, just wasn't sure if they would get +1/+1 because I thought it might be only the ones already on the battlefield that get +1/+1. Thanks for the help!
