Does a death trigger, triggers when it goes to the graveyard as a manifest creature?

f.e. I manifest the top Card with Cloudform and got Ashen Rider Can I exile a permanent when it dies afterwards?

No, the game uses last known information to determine what the creature that just died is. As far as the game is concerned, the thing that died is a 2/2 nameless, manacost-less, textless creature. You will only get to do that if you flip the Rider before he hits the yard.

okay I was thinking about this, so its turned face up only in the graveyard and then its too late for the effect.thanx for the confirmation

Well, it's revealed as it changes zones, but on-death triggers care about how the object existed on the battlefield. On the battlefield, the object was a 2/2 creature permanent with no other characteristics.
