If I am running Morophon, the Boundless as my commander can I have a card with doctor's companion as my commander because Morophon, the Boundless is a doctor? Thanks

Found the CR about it since Adric, Mathematical Genius has the ruling I quoted earlier as the 15th sequential ruling on it and so it may get messy trying to find the ruling on each one.
702.124m “Doctor’s companion” means “You may designate two legendary creature cards as your commander rather than one if one of them is this card and the other is a legendary Time Lord Doctor creature card that has no other creature types.”

Second Oracle ruling on Ace, Fearless Rebel says that the creature without Doctor's Companion must be a Time Lord Doctor and have no other types. I assume this ruling is on all Doctor's Companions since it is about the ability, but it may not be sequentially second on each one.
"The Doctor's companion ability allows you to have two commanders if one has the ability and the other is a legendary creature that is a Time Lord Doctor and has no other creature types. Creatures with the changeling ability, for example, can't be a second commander this way."
