Do token creatures go to the graveyard?

Example, say I lose a 2/2 zombie token, does it just vanish or does it enter the graveyard before vanishing, activating a card like Grave Pact?
When a token is destroyed it goes to the graveyard just like any other creature, except after that point it ceases to exist.
Yes, it will trigger Grave Pact and any other triggered abilities that trigger when a creature dies.

Creature tokens do go to the graveyard when they die, then they disappear. Grave Pact would trigger when one goes to the graveyard. Some cards like Rest in Peace prevent this from happening though.

It does go to the graveyard, and it will trigger abilities that care about such things. However, it ceases to exist right before the next time a player gets priority.
