Do Creature tokens go to the graveyard?

Say I had some 1/1 human tokens and I equip Skullclamp to one of them. Would it hit the graveyard and activate the Skullclamp 's draw effect?

Yes, they go to the graveyard. After that though, it will cease to exist.

Whenever token permanent is in a zone besides the battlefield, it will cease to exist when state-based actions are checked.
