Dark Prophecy and board wipes

If Dark Prophecy is out and someone uses Planar Cleansing , would the player draw cards if creatures they control die?
Yes. Effects see each other leaving the battlefield, so the player controlling Dark Prophecy would draw the cards.

In short Yes. The player would draw as many cards as creatures they control since everything is destroyed at the same time. The Dark Prophecy would "see" the creatures die as well and trigger for each one.
