Cunning Survivor and "wheel" effects

I'm curious how this trigger resolves. Say I have 5 cards in hand and Cunning Survivor in play. I use some sort of wheel effect, say, Windfall.

Upon casting Windfall I have to discard the four cards in my hand, so does Cunning Survivor trigger once from my entire hand being discarded, getting +1/+0, or does it see each card in my hand getting discarded, receiving +4/+0?

Any abilities that trigger when someone draws or discards "a card" will trigger separately for each card drawn/discarded. In your example the Cunning Survivor will trigger 4 times.
