Convoke + Additional Costs?

Situation;

Opponent controls an Icefall Regent , I/you control a mess of tokens. Stoke the Flames in hand.

Can you Convoke the extra for stoke?

The answer is yes. Since Icefall Regent's ability increases the cost of Stoke the Flames from to you can tap two extra creatures to pay for Stoke the Flames.
