Conspiracy + Rooftop Storm?

If you cast Conspiracy , choosing Zombies, then play Rooftop Storm , are all the creatures in your hand free?

Yes. Since Conspiracy affects creature cards which are in your hand, Rooftop Storm 's bonus will apply to them and you will be able to cast them for "free". Note that any additional non-mana costs for those spells will still apply.
