Commander Esika + The Peregrine Dynamo

If you are using Esika, God of the Tree  ^Flip as your commander and you play The Prismatic Bridge  ^Flip side, can you then use The Peregrine Dynamo to copy the ability? Would The Prismatic Bridge  ^Flip still be a commander since it isn't a creature?

Unfortunately this won't work. Being a commander is a property of the card itself, regardless of what else it has going on. The Prismatic Bridge  ^Flip is still your commander.
