Chainer Nightmare Adept first ability

If i discard a card with chainers first ability, will i still be able to play a creature from my graveyard even if chainer dies later in the turn? If so, can i use his ability to bring chainer himself back from the graveyard?

You can link cards using double brackets so that everyone can read the cards you are talking about.

Yes to both questions. When Chainer's ability resolves it creates a static effect allowing you to cast one creature from your graveyard that turn. The effect is independent of Chainer and doesn't have a restriction on it stopping you from casting him with it.
