Cascade + Cream of the Crop?

I have Cream of the Crop active, and I then proceed to play Bloodbraid Elf . Am I correct in thinking that I choose which will activate first, between the Cascade and the Cream?

No. Cascade triggers when you cast a spell. Cream of the Crop triggers when a creature enters the battlefield under your control. Because cascade triggers when you cast Bloodbraid Elf , the cascade ability will go onto the stack above Bloodbraid Elf and therefore resolve first.
Then the cascaded spell will be cast.
Then the cascaded spell will resolve.
Then Bloodbraid Elf will resolve.
Then Cream of the Crop 's ability will trigger.
Then Cream of the Crop 's ability will resolve.
