Card interaction protection from creatures

If there is an Unquestioned Authority on a Wyleth, Soul of Steel and I play Scourge of Fleets does this ability work on wyleth?

Protection from creatures means Wyleth can't be blocked, dealt damage, or targeted by creatures. The Scourge's ability does none of those things, and ergo would indeed bounce the Wyleth to hand.
