Can you cast both sides of fuse cards like Beck / Call using Bring to Light ?

I have tried and seen many times Brain in a Jar casting both aspects of Beck / Call but when i tried it with Bring to Light i think it didn't work.I was in a hurry maybe i misclicked or confused something but judging from the text they both mention casting an instant or sorcery without paying its mana cost, so why wouldn't it work? Does it?

You can only fuse spells from your hand, like with Brain in a Jar. Bring to Light allows you to move a spell from your deck to exile and cast it from there for free.

Also worth noting that the fuse card itself has reminder text on the bottom that specifically addresses and answers your question.

If it's not cast from your hand it can't be fused.
