Can you cast a creature's ability more than once in a single turn if you have sufficient mana?

For example, a creature is enchanted with Dragon Mantle . Can I cast its ability more than once in a single turn by spending more mana i.e cast it 4 times to give the enchanted creature a +4/+0 bonus?
Keep in mind that you are activating activated abilities. You cast spells. '

In your example, yes. However, as a general rule, the answer is 'it depends'.
Some activated abilities say that you can only activate the ability once per turn; in those cases, you could have infinite mana, but still be allowed to activate only once per turn.Other activated abilities require tapping. If your creature is already tapped, regardless of the mana cost or if you've already used the ability, you won't be able to activate the ability at that time.

Yep. You cast activate abilities any time you have priority (except for a few exceptions, which have timing restraints) and any time you can pay the cost. If you can pay the cost for Dragon Mantle , you can use it as many times as you like.
