Can Teferi, Time Raveler let me equip at instant speed?

Teferi, Time Raveler 's +1 ability lets you cast sorcery spells as though they had flash. Does that mean that other abilities that say "Activate this ability only any time you could cast a sorcery" like equip abilities and Prime Speaker Vannifar 's ability can be activated at instant speed as well? For the time being, I'm going to assume that they can't, but it would be great if that is how it works.

Your assumption is right, there's no interaction here.
"Any time a player could cast a sorcery" is the game's shortened way of phrasing "during a main phase on that player's turn when they have priority and the stack is empty". An effect that allows a player to cast sorceries as if they had flash doesn't change the meaning of this phrase.
To think about it another way: Teferi's effect is only specifically giving you permission to cast sorcery spells as if they had flash. It doesn't say anything about a special permission for activating abilities with timing restrictions.
