Can Snapcaster Mage cast an Ancestral Vision?

Snapcaster Mage gives a creature flashback with flashback cost equal to its mana cost. Since Ancestral Vision doesn't have a mana cost, can I cast it? If I can cast it, do I do it for free or do it for its suspend cost?

You can do neither.

Since Ancestral Vision doesn't have a mana cost, giving it Flashback will do nothing.

Make sure to check Gatherer to be sure that it doesn't answer your question already

9/20/2016 This has no mana cost, which means its mana cost cant be paid for effects such as replicate from Djinn Illuminatus or flashback from Snapcaster Mage.
