Can legendary gods attack when they are not creatures?

They are not creatures due to devotion, such as Thassa, God of the Sea .

If they aren't creatures, they can't attack. Only creatures can attack other players.

When Gods are not creatures, they just act as global enchantments. Their enchantment abilities (include those that say 'other creatures you control' but that's another wording issue entirely) still function, but their creature abilities don't.

So no attacking, no blocking, no tapping if you have an enchantment that lets you tap creatures for something, no auras, etc...
