Can I use Joraga Treespeaker when played?

If I have enough mana to both play her and level her up in the same turn, can I then tap her for mana in that first turn as well, or does summoning sickness also affect her mana ability?

Summoning sickness affects any ability with a
symbol or untap symbol (can't find the code for it right now) in the activation cost, even mana abilities. You won't be able to activate Joraga Treespeaker's mana ability in this example for the same reason you wouldn't be able to activate an Elvish Mystic you just played.
