Can I use Chord of Calling for 3 and pull out a card face down for its morph casting cost?

Example, I would like to be able to Chord of Calling out Hooded Hydra for 3 and put it face down. I don't feel like I can do this but it's worth asking right?

No. Chord of Calling gets creatures on to the battlefield in their normal states. They will enter untapped, face up, un flipped, un transformed, and phased in. Also the morph cost is not the CMC of a card rather it is an alternate casting cost for the card which doesn't have anything to do with the CMC of a card.
