Can I conspire forever?

If I have a Wort, the Raidmother and already a couple tokens on the play, can I copy infinitely an Hordeling Outburst using the tokens it produces?

No.

The reminder text on Wort, the Raidmother states "As you play the spell, you may . . ."

You have to conspire while casting the spell. You don't cast the copies, so you can't copy them with conspire.
