Can I Hijack opponent's creature and Fling it or can I only sac one of my own creatures??

Fling says to sacrifice a creature. Hijack says that you take control of target creature until the end of turn. Just a little confusing.

You most certainly can. It's quite fun too.

If you take control of a creature you may sacrifice it to fling.
