Can Evil Twin enter the battlefield as Simic Sky Swallower

CAN IT ENTER AS A COPY?
Yes. It's worded as "you may have Evil Twin enter the battlefield as a copy of any creature." So Evil twin can copy Simic Sky Swallower, you just cannot use its secondary ability to destroy it.

Yes. Evil Twin doesn't target anything with its copy ability, so it can copy creatures with shroud, hexproof, and protection. Note that since the tap-destroy ability is targeted, it won't be able to destroy the Simic Sky Swallower that it copied, but it can still enter as one.

Yes. Copy abilities like Evil Twin
s or any Clone
type effects do not target, and are not stopped by shroud, hexproof, protection, etc. However it should be noted that Evil Twin
s second ability would be useless as it still could not target the Simic Sky Swallower
.
