can devoid be used in colorless edh decks?

I have wondered this for a while and i have no idea

No. Though the devoid ability makes the card colorless, a card's Color Identity is determined by the color or colors of the mana symbols that appear in the card's casting cost and/or text box. The color indicator is also used for cards like Pact of Negation or Garruk, the Veil-Cursed.

Just to make it explicit: color and color identity are different things.

A card's color is determined by considering the card's mana cost, color indicators, and characteristic-defining abilities.

A card's color identity includes all of the above factors plus any colored mana symbols in the card's text box (excluding reminder text).

Commander uses color identity to determine which cards are legal for inclusion in a given deck. And although devoid means the card has no color, it does not affect the card's color identity, so it doesn't change how cards can be used in Commander.
