Can Cartouche of solidarity Enchant the soldier it creates?

I was reading the enchantment, and Cartouche of Solidarity creates a 1/1 soldier. Can I play it on the soldier?
If you had some method of moving auras you could move the Cartouche of Solidarity to the token after it's ETB ability resolves, but you would still need an initial target on the battlefield to cast it.

No. The ability that creates the token is a triggered one that triggers when it enters the battlefield.
When casting an aura spell, the target must be chosen as it's put on the stack. At this moment, the token does not yet exist, and can not be enchanted with it.
If the aura enters the battlefield from a zone other than the stack, it must still enter attached to a creature already on the battlefield.
