can annul counter a enchantment creature if played as a creature?

Yes because the spell has the "enchantment" card type in either situation :)

Yes. When an enchantment creature is bestowed, it states that it is not a creature spell. However, it doesn't state anywhere that the creature stops being an enchantment when not bestowed, so it is both an enchantment and a creature spell.

Much like the Gods, they come in as Enchantment Creature spells, that lose the creature quality if the devotion is under 5. But they are cast as enchantment creatures.

It really is this simple: does it say "Enchantment" on the type line? If it does, then it can be countered as an enchantment.

The only time that the type of a card can be different than what's on the type line is if it is on the battlefield. Gods are a good example...they can be only enchantments on the battlefield, but when they are anywhere else, they are enchantment creatures. This includes on the stack, which is where a card is when you want to counter it. This is why Essence Scatter will work to counter a god even if the caster's devotion isn't high enough to make that god a creature once he's on the battlefield.

There are other characteristics that can be changed when the card is not on the battlefield. These include sub-type ( Artificial Evolution ), color ( Painter's Servant ), and power and toughness ( Tarmogoyf ). Type is not one of these characteristics.
