Can a player have both a Dragonlord Silumgar and a Silumgar, the Drifting Death out at once?

Does the legendary rule apply or no? Another example is Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind and Niv-Mizzet, Dracogenius.

There is a rule for legendaries permanents:

704.5k "If a player controls two or more legendary permanents with the same name, that player chooses one of them, and the rest are put into their owners graveyards. This is called the legend rule.
since these two permanents do not share the same name then they may be on the battlefield at the same time.
Also of note is the Planeswalker Uniqueness rule:

704.5j "If a player controls two or more planeswalkers that share a planeswalker type, that player chooses one of them, and the rest are put into their owners graveyards. This is called the planeswalker uniqueness rule.

I was unsure if they counted as the same name or not as the planeswalker rule doesn't care if the same name. Thanks for clarifying.
