Bringing Creatures Back using Sheoldred, Whispering One

For reference: Sheoldred, Whispering One
I'm curious about the part that says "At the beginning of your upkeep, return target creature card from your graveyard to the battlefield."
Since it's at the beginning of my upkeep, would that mean I could attack with the returned creature on the same turn (disregard Haste for this question), or would the creature enter the battlefield dazed and confused from summoning sickness..?
I wouldn't be at all surprised if it can't attack; something tells me that would be unfairly powerful and then Sheoldred would probably cost more than Elesh Norn.... But my curiosity is getting the better of me. :)
Yeah, that makes sense.. I originally learnt it as a creature must be under your control from the beginning of your upkeep, hence the confusion. Then again, I found out a year later that the player who told me that thought the beginning phase was 'upkeep, untap, draw'... Made for some interesting plays with Numbing Dose . :)
To be honest though, I've always seen cards like Act of Treason as a way to steal an opponent's creature and attack him/her with it as early as the turn they cast it, so that didn't even cross my mind in this scenario.
Anyway, thanks for clarification BuLLZ3Y3. :)

From the Comprehensive Rules
Summoning Sickness (Informal)The term summoning sickness is an informal term which describes a creatures inability to attack or to use activated abilities that include the tap symbol when it has come under a players control since the beginning of that players most recent turn. See rule 212.3f. See also Haste.
Just so you can reference it in case you are told different...BuLLZ3Y3 didnt give an actual ruling :P <3

I see now, technically both myself and BuLLZ3Y3 had it slightly wrong... Or rather, right for the wrong reasons. It's the "...since the beginning of that players most recent turn" part that defines it properly. Looks like it's actually got nothing to do with Upkeep or Untap steps directly.
I'll update the accepted answer for the sake of anyone else who reads this thread. :)

The first phases of your turn are: Untap, Upkeep, Draw.
In order for a creature who has just been placed on the battlefield to attack, it must be under your control during your untap step.
So no, unfortunately, creatures brought back without haste by Sheoldred, Whispering One
cannot attack.
It is for this same reason that cards like Act of Treason
give the creature haste.
