Brave The Elements and Fog
Asked by ScotchMTGFanboy 11 years ago
If I cast a "brave the elements" declare "green color" and attack and in response, my oponent casts a "Fog", does all the damage is still prevented?
This happened during a casual match, we assumed that since my creatures had protection vs the green color, the fog effect wouldnt resolve, yet we weren't sure about it,
thanks for your help!

Please link all cards in question.
Brave the Elements
Fog
Protection stops the following four things: Damage from protected sources, enchanting/equipping from protected sources, Blocking by protected sources, and targeting by protected sources. Fog does none of these things, so protection will not stop it. Your creatures will not deal combat damage this turn.
