bloodbraid elf and lotus bloom

If my opponent casts a Bloodbraid ElfMTG Card: Bloodbraid Elf and the first non-land card to be turned is a Lotus BloomMTG Card: Lotus Bloom is that the card that can be played or do they continue to cascade?thanks for help

Yes, that would the the card you play. In Lotus Bloom's rulings, it says that you can cast it with Mind's DesireMTG Card: Mind's Desire, which does the same thing as Bloodbraid Elf. You normally can't play Lotus Bloom as a spell because it doesn't have a mana cost, but because Bloodbraid Elf lets you play it without paying it's cost, you get around that.
